Wine Tasting Group
In our November 2003 issue, we introduced you to Dr. Anthony Cheng, our wine expert and ENT specialist, and he wrote an article on wine-tasting in that issue.
Anthony has agreed to be our wine-tasting master. We have formed the monthly or bi-monthly wine-tasting group to try various makes of wine with Anthony to enlighten us, and, of course, where possible, good food to go with the wine.
Please call Sandra at 2574-0222 to reserve your seats and the second wine-tasting dinner will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 7:30 p.m.
Full particulars will be disclosed to those joining the dinner party.
